Kempsey Floodplain Bridge:

(at 3.2 kms the Longest bridge in Australia)

90x prefabricated 23 metres long Headstock Cages
180x prefabricated Pier Columns
180x 23m long prefabricated Diaphragm beams
90x 40 tonne  DECK pours – Total project 6000 tonnes/8 months production

All prefab units were built in engineered Jigs off site, and transported in purpose built cradles to site

Gateway Bridge Northern Approaches:

Substantial Pile Cap foundations, Prefabricated Piers, Insitu built headstocks (80 tonnes in two 9 hour shifts)
Large Deck pours – 10,000 tonnes – 12 months production time

M7 Motorway – CRCP pavement:

All CRCP pavements – double layer Seamless Bridge Approach pavement,
Bridge decks and 20 kms of reinforced foundation slab & barrier.

Average crew size 50 men placed 15000 tonnes in 12 months and won NSW work cover awards for best solution to a manual handling situation (2005)
